Where do we start? Myrielle is one of the most amazing individuals we have ever been blessed to encounter! Myrielle has such a calm and positive energy that encourages you to stay the course and trust the process. Because of her we were able to buy our first home! From the first phone call I knew my husband and I were matched up the right person. Our realtor referred Myrielle to us, and we meshed right away. There was never a time that was too late or too early. Nor was there ever a question that was not worth her time. She took care of us the entire way, and ensured we understood exactly what was going on. Myrielle took the time to educate us. I will most definitely pass her name along to the next person because I know Myrielle will have their best interest. Our entire transaction was smooth. She made sure everything was in place for the agreed closing date which was in 30 days, and during the holidays. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist us through this process.

In early 2016 I began looking for a new home and knew I needed someone to help obtain financing. A friend suggested Myrielle Lemoine and I called her. from the first phone call I knew I had found the right person. Myrielle was excited and ready to help me and my girls find our new house. Going through a divorce I soon realized my ex was going to try and hurt my credit and delay my loan. Myrielle told me not to worry she had me covered and my girls and I would soon be in our new home. Needless top say I spent many sleepless night but as promised Myrielle processed my loan application and found financing at an excellent rate. She has kept in touch since we bought the house and made sure everything was going well. Myrielle isn’t just someone who processes loans, she makes sure we are happy and are free from worry. She isn’t just the person who processed my loan, she is now my friend and we love her!

Myrielle is the best! Her professionalism throughout the entire loan process was very impressive. I love that I could contact her at any time with questions or concerns and she was more than willing to help. Her knowledge and expertise definitely made the whole house buying process easier on everyone involved. She advised us on how the process works from start to finish and helped give advice on how to improve our credit scores. She was wiling to meet on holidays, nights and weekends to accommodate my work schedule which was nice and she managed to get everything done quickly and Hassel free. During closing my realtor even said “wow, this is the quickest, easiest closing I have ever seen.” I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home!

I enjoyed her sessions because she provides great resources and suggestions that I was able to about for my every day livelihood. Myrielle was very personable and mindful of my current financial status, that she gave great advice to improve my budgeting habits. I never felt like a client, she embraced my son as if he was her own. Myrielle even made time to come to my closing date signing!! I would highly recommend Myrielle to anyone applying for a mortgage. It has been many years since I have done this and the process has become more tedious, I believe.
