We methodically, strategically, and ethically prepare and package our clients’ files for submittal to our lending partners to attain fast and positive loan decisions with the best possible rates and terms, continuously seeking to convince our lending partners that our client is a good credit risk.
We leverage our diverse lender pool.
Our clients can expect us to identify and present solutions that address their unique funding needs swiftly. We do this by partnering with the best lenders in the industry, mastering the underwriting guidelines and going to bat for our clients when an exception is needed.
We do not charge our clients any direct up-front fees.
We believe in our ability to work hard to get our clients through the funding process, so our clients can trust us to deliver results and be paid a commission only when their loan funds. Our compensation is usually paid directly by our lending partners. Any pre-closing fees, such as credit report and appraisal fees, are paid directly to those service providers.
